Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
By using the scyappo website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What scyappo is
scyappo connects customers with local businesses for appointment booking and walk-in queue management. We are a platform connecting the two parties — we are not the business providing the service you book, and we're not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of that service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure. One-time codes are for your use only — don't share them. You must provide accurate information when booking or joining a queue.
Bookings and cancellations
Booking or joining a queue is a request to the business, not a guarantee of service — the business may reschedule, delay, or (rarely) cancel for reasons outside our control. You can cancel or reschedule your own bookings from My Bookings, subject to the business's own policies.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine visit and your honest experience. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to an actual booking.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform — no fake bookings, harassment of businesses or other users, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Limitation of liability
scyappo is provided "as is". We aren't liable for losses arising from a business's own actions, service quality, or disputes between you and a business — those are between you and the business directly.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
