How do I book an appointment?

Search or browse to a business, tap Book, pick a service and time, and confirm — you'll need to sign in first with your phone number.

How does the live queue work?

If a business supports walk-ins, tap Join Queue on their profile. You'll see your position and estimated wait, updated in real time, and get notified when it's almost your turn.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes — go to My Bookings, find the booking, and tap Cancel or Reschedule.

Why didn't I get a notification?

Make sure you've allowed notifications for scyappo when prompted. You can also always see your live status and updates in the Notifications tab.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal data.

I'm a business owner — how do I list my business?

Visit the "For Businesses" section from the homepage to register.
